Angiofibroma, Lymphoepithelioma, Polps, Chronic adenoidal enlargement

Vascular abnormality
Increase venous pressure (exertion, Sup vena caval syndrome, Mitral stenosis, Pulmonary AV fistula), Hypertension, Rendu-Osler-Webber syn, Hemangioma

Trauma & Irritation
Injury, Dry air, Allergic rhinitis, Foreign B, Deviated nasal septum
