One of the skills that parents should have is art of giving good clinical history. However, there is no school  that offers instruction on how to give a history.

The solution that I tell parents in my practice is for them to visit our website, and look for the symptom of their child at How to Give A Good Clinical History.

Click on the symptoms and at least 10 questions pertaining to the symptom will appear. The parent should print it and answer it at the comfort of their home before their visit to their clinician.

Armed with these scripted clinical questions, the clinician of your child will have no difficulty figuring out the ailment or problem and treatment implemented.
